um das gut zehn jahre nach produktion doch mal recht klar zu sagen: von der produktionsqualität her ist diese ep eher unschön, matt und auch wirr geraten, was auch am größer angelegten wechsel von loops hin zu vst-synthesizern (abgesehen von track 3) liegt to say it quite clearly, a good ten years after production: in terms of production quality, this EP is rather ugly, dull and also confused, which is also due to the larger change from loops to vst synthesizers (apart from track 3)

heavy rain - another outline(2012) der track wird immer kitschiger, die melodien (die erste ab minute 1:26, beide zusammen ab 2:35) sind in einer art instumentiert, die bei mir mitterweile akutes kotz-bedürfnis erweckt, damals fand ich's richtig tief und super; vielleicht sag ich das aber auch nur, um auf gleichem niveau eine imaginierte weiterentwicklung meiner hoergewohnheiten herbeizufantasieren, was genauso wenig fortgeschritten ist.
the track gets more and more cheesy, the melodies (the first from minute 1:26, both together from 2:35) are orchestrated in a way that now makes me want to vomit, back then I thought it was really deep and great; Maybe I'm just saying this to fantasize about an imagined further development of my listening habits at the same level, which is just as little advanced.

Das Ding (es war ja eigentlich nur ein Titel) war wie ein Befreiungsschlag und hat wirklich Spaß gemacht zu erstellen (meistens Mittwoch nachts), die irgendwie nebulöse Aussicht auf ein es könnte tatsächlich ein produktives Leben jenseits des absurden Konkurrenz-Karrieristentums geben, deshalb gibt es auch so viele Remixe.
